Stand-Collar
Open Blazer
A fitted open-front blazer with a stand collar and full-length sleeves, in three colours.
No lapel, no buttons. The collar does all the work.
Removing the lapel changes the whole line
A notched lapel pulls the eye outwards across the chest. A stand collar runs the line straight up instead, which is why this shape reads longer and narrower than a conventional blazer in exactly the same size.
Fitted, with no fastening
It is a fitted blazer with a stand collar and full-length sleeves, cut to hang open at the front with no button or fastening.
It is made for office and evening wear, and the gallery shows three colours.
How it wears
- A stand collar rather than a lapel
- An open front with no fastening
- Full-length sleeves
- A fitted cut through the body
- Three colours in the gallery
The product
A fitted blazer with a stand collar and full-length sleeves, versatile between office and evening wear and comfortable to move in. Three colours in the gallery.
Three colours
A camel, a black and a grey. Check the options above for what is in stock.
Why it costs what it costs
A blazer with nothing to fasten has to hold its shape from the shoulder alone, because there is no button pulling the fronts together. That puts the whole burden on the shoulder seam and the armhole, which is the part of tailoring that costs.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
