Why it costs what it costs
Corduroy is a cut pile: the ribs are sliced open after weaving, so the nap runs one way and every panel has to be cut in the same direction or the colour shifts between front and back. Quilting over it adds a second alignment problem on top of the first.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
