Cut-Out Handle Tote, Tan
An open tote in tan, with a single cut-out handle and a long detachable strap.
One handle cut from the body, a canvas-look lining and a clip-on strap.
Warm on the outside, pale on the inside
The lining is a light canvas-look cloth rather than a dark one, which is a small decision with a large effect: you can see what is at the bottom of the bag instead of feeling for it.
One tan colour.
Soft body, cut-out handle
The body is soft and flares out from the base, rising into a single cut-out handle at the top, with contrast stitching along the edges and a stud where the handle meets the side.
The interior is lined in a canvas-look cloth with an internal zip pocket, and a long strap clips on for a crossbody carry.
The finish is a leather look.
How it carries
- A single handle cut from the body, with no stitched join
- A soft body that flares from the base
- A pale canvas-look lining with an internal zip pocket
- A long strap that clips on for a crossbody carry
- An open top rather than a zipped one
The product
An elegant silhouette, a spacious interior for daily essentials, a comfortable shoulder carry and a premium leather-look finish, for work, travel, shopping and special occasions.
One colour
Listed at checkout as Cáqui. The same design is sold as a separate product in black.
Why it costs what it costs
Cutting the handle out of the body means the panel has to be laid out around the hole and then bound all the way round it, which is slower than stitching two straps on and leaves nothing to fail.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- A handle cut from the body rather than attached
- A lined interior with a zip pocket
- A long detachable strap included
- One colour, one price

1 × Valora Cut-Out Handle Tote
Is it real leather?
No. The finish is a leather look rather than animal leather.
Does it close?
No. It is an open tote. The zip pocket is inside.
Is there a black one?
Yes, as a separate product. This one is the tan.
How should it be cleaned?
A damp cloth on the body and a dry one after. A pale lining marks, so keep pens capped.
One colour, held in a small run
This style is held in limited quantities rather than carried continuously. When it goes it is not automatically repeated.
Add it to the bag. If it is not right, send it back.
