Suede Barrel Bag
A small barrel shoulder bag in a suede finish, with a short strap and no hardware on the body. Three colours.
A cylinder body with a zip along the top and a short shoulder strap.
A cylinder holds what a flat bag cannot
A flat shoulder bag gives you an envelope. Roll the same panel into a cylinder and you get depth, which is the difference between a phone lying flat and a phone, a glasses case and a small bottle standing up together.
Shown here in light brown. Three colours are offered.
Suede finish, zip along the top
The body is a cylinder in a suede finish, closed by a zip that runs the length of the top rather than across it.
The strap is short, so the bag sits high under the arm, and there is no hardware anywhere on the body.
How it carries
- A cylinder body, so it holds depth rather than width
- A zip along the length of the top
- A short strap that sits the bag high under the arm
- No hardware on the body at all
- Three colours: dark brown, light brown and black
The product
Suede leather in a shoulder bag with a suede look, made for evening outings, dinners and everyday use.
Three colours are offered at checkout.
Three colours
Listed at checkout as Dark Brown, Light Brown and Black. The body, the zip and the strap are the same in all three.
Why it costs what it costs
A cylinder has no flat panel to hide a seam in, so the two end discs have to be set true or the bag sits crooked the first time it is filled.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- A suede finish over the whole body
- A full-length zip rather than a flap
- No hardware to scratch or tarnish
- Three colours at one price

This is stocked in small quantities rather than carried continuously. When a colour goes it is not automatically repeated.
Pick your colour above and add it to the bag. If it is not right, send it back.
