Dress numerals on a soft band
Roman numerals normally arrive attached to a link bracelet and a formal case. Here they sit on a woven mesh band instead, which is what keeps the watch from reading as an heirloom. The mesh lies flat and moves with the wrist; the dial does the dressing up.

Round case, mesh band, numerals in full
The case is round with a stone-set bezel and a dial carrying full Roman numerals with a slim seconds hand. The crown sits at three and is kept small against the mesh.
The band is a fine woven mesh at 23 cm with a sliding clasp, so it sizes without a tool. One of the five colourways runs the case and band in black rather than a metal tone.
It carries water resistance to 3 metres, a scratch-resistant crystal and a 23 cm adjustable bracelet.

The product
Water resistance to 3 metres, a scratch-resistant crystal over the dial, and a 23 cm mesh band. Three metres covers rain and hand-washing; it is not a swimming figure, and mesh holds water in the weave, so it is worth drying fully if it does get wet.

Why it costs what it costs
Woven mesh costs more to make than a stamped link bracelet, and a stone-set bezel is a hand operation. Roman numerals at this size have to be printed cleanly or they close up.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this watch and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.

How is a mesh band sized?
The clasp slides along the mesh and locks where you set it. No links are removed and no tools are needed.
Can I swim in it?
No. Three metres covers rain and hand-washing, and mesh traps water in the weave.
Which colourway is the safest choice?
Silver. The black is the one that changes the character of the watch most.
Does it come in a box?
Yes — a gift box with a protective cushion.
How should it be cleaned?
A dry cloth. If the mesh gets wet, dry it fully, because water sits between the strands.
