Soft Gathered
Nappa Bag
A soft black lambskin bag gathered at the top, leather-lined, on long 32 cm handles.
Lined in leather, which almost nothing at this size is.
A leather lining is the tell
Almost every bag in this shape is lined in fabric, because leather inside doubles the material cost and makes the whole thing harder to turn. Lining it in nappa is the decision you feel rather than see — it is why the bag holds its softness instead of going limp.
Nappa lamb, leather-lined
It has a soft nappa lamb leather with a fine texture and an embossed detail on the front, a nappa leather lining with a central slip pocket and discreet gold-tone metal.
It closes on a flap at the top, and the long leather handles have a carrying length of about 32 cm — hand or over the shoulder.
The white sleeve on the handle in some photographs is protective packing, not part of the design.

- Long leather handles, carrying length approx. 32 cm
- In the hand or over the shoulder

The product
Exterior: soft nappa lamb leather with a fine texture and an embossed detail. Interior lining: nappa leather with a central slip pocket. Subtle gold-tone hardware. Closure: flap. Long leather handles, carrying length approx. 32 cm. Width 25 cm, height 18.5 cm, depth 11.5 cm.
One colour
Offered in black. This is the only colour.
Why it costs what it costs
Lamb nappa is the softest hide used for bags and the easiest to mark, so it is cut oversize and handled in gloves. A leather lining then has to be eased in without pulling the outer panel out of true — two soft materials, no structure to hold either of them straight.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- Nappa lamb outside, nappa leather inside
- A central slip pocket rather than one open space
- Handles long enough for the shoulder
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
