Crinkle Shirt
& Shorts Set
A two-piece set: an oversized crinkle-cotton overshirt and matching drawstring shorts. Eight colours.
The crinkle is in the cloth. It is not an ironing problem.
Crinkle cloth is the only fabric that improves when it creases
A crinkle weave is set with texture already in it, so a crease disappears into the surface instead of standing out against it. That is the entire argument for a summer set made from it: it comes out of a bag looking the same as it went in.
An overshirt over matching shorts
A loungewear set with an elegant top and lightweight shorts, breezy for warm days and versatile from home to a casual outing.
The set photographed pairs an oversized collared overshirt with a full button front and two chest patch pockets against shorts with a drawstring waist, both in the same crinkle cloth. Eight colours appear in the gallery.

Why it costs what it costs
A crinkle cloth cannot be pressed flat on the cutting table, which means every panel has to be cut with the texture relaxed and then allowed to settle again before it is sewn. Rush that and the two halves of the set come out different lengths.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the set
- Two pieces cut from the same cloth
- Patch pockets on the overshirt
- Eight colours, one style
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
