Why it costs what it costs
A soft shoulder has nothing inside it, which sounds cheaper and is not: with no pad to hide behind, the armhole has to be cut and set correctly or the sleeve collapses. A structured jacket can be rescued at the press. This one cannot.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
