A ring around the dial is left hollow and filled with loose crystals, sealed under the glass. Turn your wrist and they roll. It is a deliberately unserious detail on an otherwise plain watch, and it is the thing people notice from across a table.

Round case, a ring of loose crystals
The case is round at roughly 34 mm, with a narrow polished bezel. Inside, a sealed channel around the edge of the dial holds loose crystals that move freely as the wrist turns.
The bracelet is a fine five-link design at 23 cm with a folding clasp, adjustable by removing links. It is kept plain so that the dial does all the talking.
It carries water resistance to 3 metres, a scratch-resistant crystal and a 23 cm adjustable bracelet.

The product

Why it costs what it costs
A sealed channel of loose crystals is a harder build than a set bezel: the ring has to be closed properly or the crystals jam, and it cannot be serviced once the glass is on.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this watch and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.

Do the crystals really move?
Yes. They sit loose in a sealed channel around the dial and roll as the wrist turns.
Can they fall out?
No. The channel is closed under the glass, which is also why it cannot be opened up later.
How big is the case?
Roughly 34 mm.
Can I swim in it?
No. Three metres covers rain, a splash and hand-washing.
Does it come in a box?
Yes — a gift box with a protective cushion.
How should it be cleaned?
A dry cloth on the case, glass and bracelet. Keep water off the crown.
