Mini Quilted Bag
— Black
A small quilted calfskin bag in black, with gold fittings and a 105 cm chain.
Black hides the leather. It does not hide the stitching.
The version that goes with everything
If you are buying one of these rather than four, this is the one: black takes the quilting down to pure texture, so the bag reads as shape and light rather than as colour. It is also the only version that disappears into an outfit rather than deciding it.
Smooth calfskin, quilted
It is a smooth calfskin with diamond quilting, a fully lined interior, and gold-tone metal with lettered charms.
A double leather top handle carries it in the hand or on the forearm, and a removable, adjustable shoulder strap is about 105 cm.
The small round pouch shown on the chain is a styling piece and is not part of the order.
How it carries
- A double leather handle, hand or forearm
- A removable, adjustable chain at approx. 105 cm
- Lettered metal charms at the side
- A fully lined interior
- Width 17 cm, depth 7 cm
The product
Exterior: smooth calf leather with diamond quilting. Interior: fully lined. Gold-tone accents with a lettered pendant. Double leather top handles plus a removable, adjustable shoulder strap approx. 105 cm. Width 17 cm, height 15 cm, depth 7 cm.
One colour
Offered in black with gold-tone fittings. Five related colours and finishes are listed separately.
Why it costs what it costs
Black leather shows nothing of its own colour, so every judgement about the quilting has to be made on shadow alone. The stitch tension has to be identical across all six faces or the diamonds catch the light unevenly, and there is no colour to distract from it.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- Smooth calfskin, quilted across every face
- A double handle and a chain that comes off
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
