Reversible Tote
— Canvas or Leather
A tote that turns inside out: coated canvas on one face, structured calf leather on the other.
Two bags. One purchase. Turn it inside out.
Reversible means built twice
A bag that turns inside out has no wrong side, which means both faces are finished to the standard of an outside: the seams, the edge paint and the fittings all have to read correctly whichever way round it is. Most totes only have to get that right once.
Coated canvas one way, calf the other
It has a coated canvas on one face and a structured calf leather on the other, with a textile lining between them and gold-tone metal.
It closes on a drawstring with a clasp, and two leather handles carry it in the hand or on the shoulder. The whole bag is given at about 900 grams.
How it carries
- Two leather handles, hand or shoulder
- A drawstring with a clasp closure
- Reversible — canvas or leather outside
- A textile lining between the two faces
- Approx. 0.9 kg
The product
Exterior: monogram coated canvas on one side, structured calf leather on the other — reversible. Lining: premium textile. Gold-tone metal. Closure: drawstring with a clasp. Two leather handles for hand or shoulder carry. Width 31 cm, height 28 cm, depth 14 cm. Weight approx. 0.9 kg. Room for a laptop, wallet, smartphone and sunglasses.
A matching flat pouch appears in the photographs but is not included.
Two faces, one bag
The same bag turns inside out: coated canvas on one face, plain leather on the other.
Why it costs what it costs
Both faces here carry load, so the panels are cut from two materials that behave quite differently and then joined so that neither pulls the other out of shape when it is turned. That is a construction problem most totes never have to solve.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- Two finished faces, not one and a lining
- A drawstring and clasp, so it actually closes
- A weight of about 900 g
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
