Soft Barrel Bag
in Pale Monogram
A soft barrel bag in a pale coated canvas with tan leather trim, a double zip and a removable strap.
A double zip, so the whole top opens at once.
Unstructured on purpose
There is no board in the base and no frame at the top, so the bag folds down when it is empty and takes its shape from what is in it. That is what keeps the weight down on a body 28 cm across, and it is why the double zip matters — a soft bag with one zip gapes.
Coated canvas, leather trim
It has a coated canvas with a treated leather trim, a soft leather lining and gold-tone metal with a removable pendant, closing on a double zip along the top.
There is one zip pocket inside. Two short leather handles carry it in the hand, and a long removable strap takes it onto the shoulder or across the body.
How it carries
- Two short leather handles
- A long removable strap as well
- A double zip along the top
- A soft leather lining with a zip pocket
- A removable pendant
The product
Exterior: coated canvas with a treated leather trim. Lining: soft leather. Gold-tone hardware with a removable pendant. Closure: double zip at the top. Interior: one zip pocket. Worn over the shoulder or crossbody. Width 28 cm, height 17 cm.
One version
Offered in a pale monogram coated canvas with tan leather trim.
Why it costs what it costs
The tan trim here is untreated at the edges, so it starts pale and darkens where it is held. On a soft bag that trim is also structural: it is the only thing holding the shape of the opening, which is why it is cut so much heavier than it needs to look.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- Coated canvas lined in soft leather
- A double zip rather than a single one
- A removable pendant and a long strap
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
