Mini Top-Handle Bag
A small white leather bag with a hand-worked beaded front, a top handle and a chain strap.
The front panel is embroidered before the bag is even cut.
Embroidery on white leather, which is the hard version
Every stitch on a white ground shows, and every needle hole is permanent. The motifs here are worked flat and then the panel is cut around them, so the design is placed rather than positioned afterwards — and a panel that comes out wrong cannot be reworked.
Calf leather, beadwork on the front
It has a soft calf leather with a tone-on-tone leather lining, discreet gold-tone metal and a magnetic snap under the flap.
Beaded and crystal motifs are worked across the front panel, and a detachable metal chain comes with the fixed top handle.
How it carries
- A top handle for the hand or forearm
- A detachable chain strap as well
- A magnetic snap under the flap
- A tone-on-tone leather lining
- Height 17 cm, depth 7 cm
The product
Exterior: calf leather with a hand-worked beaded and crystal front panel. Lining: tone-on-tone leather. Subtle gold-tone hardware. Closure: magnetic snap under the flap. Fixed leather top handle plus a detachable chain strap. Width 20–25 cm, height 17 cm, depth 7 cm.
The colourways
Offered with a beaded snowflake front or a floral one, each listed separately.
Why it costs what it costs
Hand beadwork is priced by the hour, and a dense motif on a small panel is a great many hours. It is also the reason no two of these are identical: the placement follows the hand that made it rather than a machine file.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.

1 × Embellished White Mini Top-Handle Bag
How big is it?
It has a width of 20 to 25 cm, a height of 17 cm and a depth of 7 cm, approximate.
Why is the width a range?
The body is soft, so it draws in when empty and opens out when full.
Is there a shoulder strap?
Yes. A detachable chain strap, alongside the fixed top handle.
Which embroidery will I get?
The one shown on this page. The beaded snowflake front and the floral one are listed separately.
What is it made of?
A calf leather with a tone-on-tone leather lining, with beadwork on the front.
Can it be returned?
Yes. Seven calendar days from delivery, unworn and in its original condition.
Hand-worked, held in a small run
These are worked by hand and stocked in small quantities rather than carried continuously. When they go they are not automatically repeated.
Add it to the bag. Seven days to send it back if it is not right.
