Classic Shoulder Bag
A structured grained-leather shoulder bag with twin straps, an open top and inner compartments. Five colours.
A structured body with compartments inside and twin shoulder straps.
It stands up when you put it down
Most soft totes collapse the moment they leave your shoulder, which is how things end up loose at the bottom. This one is built with panels that hold, so it stays square on a desk or a floor and the compartments inside stay where you left them.
Shown here in black. Five colours are offered.
Structured panels, twin straps
The body is a grained leather-look material built into a squared tote that stands on its own, with an open top and compartments inside.
Two straps run over the shoulder rather than one, so the weight sits across a wider span.
How it carries
- A structured body that stands on its own
- Compartments inside rather than one open space
- Twin shoulder straps instead of a single band
- An open top for quick access
- Five colours on the same build
The product
A classic shoulder bag, carrying everyday essentials, with compartments to keep things in place, for both work and casual use.
Five colours
Listed at checkout as Anthracite, Red, Black, Green and Brown. The build, the straps and the compartments are the same in all five.
Why it costs what it costs
A tote that stands on its own needs a backing behind every panel and a base that is built separately, which is most of the work in a bag like this and the first thing left out when one is made cheaply.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- A structured body rather than a soft one
- Compartments built into the interior
- Twin shoulder straps
- Five colours at one price

1 × Harper Classic Shoulder Bag
How big is it?
It is a full-size shoulder tote.
Does the top close?
No. It is an open top and it is photographed open.
Which colour is the safest choice?
Black or anthracite. The brown is the one that shows wear at the corners first.
How should it be cleaned?
A damp cloth on the grain and a dry one after. Do not leave it standing in water.
Five colours, held in a small run
This is stocked in small quantities rather than carried continuously. When a colour goes it is not automatically repeated.
Pick your colour above and add it to the bag. If it is not right, send it back.
