Gathered Soft
Leather Hobo
A soft beige leather hobo with a twisted top handle, a gathered body and a patterned textile lining.
Unstructured, so it draws in empty and opens out full.
A bag that measures differently depending on what is in it
The width is given as a range rather than a single number: the body is gathered and unstructured, so it draws in to 33 cm empty and opens out towards 43 cm full.
Soft leather, twisted handle
It has a soft beige leather outside and a textile lining with a patterned texture inside, with gold-coloured metal.
The handle is a single band twisted over on itself at the top, and the body gathers at the base of it, so the bag falls in soft folds rather than holding a shape. The carrying length is about 45 cm, and the whole bag is about 700 g.
How it carries
- A carrying length of approx. 45 cm
- A twisted handle rather than a flat strap
- A gathered, unstructured body
- A patterned textile lining
- Approx. 700 g
The product
Soft beige leather. Textile lining with a patterned texture. Gold-coloured hardware. Shoulder strap with a carrying length of approx. 45 cm. Width 33–43 cm, height 27 cm, depth 13 cm. Weight approx. 0.7 kg.
One colour
Offered in a soft beige. This is the only colour.
Why it costs what it costs
Gathering leather rather than cutting it to shape means the panel has to be soft enough to fold and thick enough not to crease permanently. That is a narrow window, and it is the reason most soft-looking bags are actually structured ones with a soft finish.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
