Hexagon
Sunglasses with Chain
Hexagonal sunglasses with a fine chain at the temples. Lens 54 mm wide by 37 mm high, UV400.
The chain runs from the temple tips. It is what stops a pair of sunglasses ending up on a floor.
A six-sided lens has to be cut and seated on every one of its edges
Round and oval lenses are turned on a machine. A hexagon is cut flat by flat, and each of the six has to meet the frame without a gap, which is why the shape appears far more often in a picture than in a shop.
Six sides, one chain
Retro hexagon glasses with a chain, a polycarbonate frame, UV400 lenses, a lens height of 37 mm and a lens width of 54 mm.
The sunglasses photographed have a hexagonal lens in a slim rim, straight temples and a fine chain running from the temple tips. Seven colourways are offered.

Why it costs what it costs
A chain is a second product attached to the first: its own links, its own clips and its own plating to match the frame. Most sunglasses at this price come with a bag instead.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the pair
- A six-sided lens cut edge by edge
- A chain fitted to the temple tips
- Seven colourways, one style
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
