Quilted Calfskin
Drawstring Bag
A black quilted grained-calfskin bag that gathers at the top, on a leather strap with a chain element.
Grained calfskin — the finish that survives being used.
Black, quilted, and small enough to forget you have it
At 25 by 15 centimetres this is the size you carry when you are not carrying anything else: phone, wallet, keys. Quilted black grained calfskin is the finish that does not need looking after while you do it.
Grained calfskin, chain strap
It has grained calfskin outside, gold-coloured metal and a magnetic flap with a turn-clasp. The body is quilted and gathers at the top rather than closing flat.
The strap is a leather band with a chain element along its run, and pockets sit on the outside of the body for quick access.
The interior is fully lined.
How it carries
- A leather strap with a chain element
- A magnetic flap with a turn-clasp
- A quilted body that gathers at the top

The product
Grained calfskin leather. Lined interior. Gold-coloured hardware. Magnetic flap with a turn-clasp. Leather shoulder strap with a chain element. Width 25 cm, height 15 cm, depth 7 cm.
One colour
Offered in black.
Why it costs what it costs
Grain is pressed into the hide and then sealed, which is what makes it shrug off the scuffs a smooth finish records permanently. On a small bag that lives in and out of other bags, that is not a luxury — it is the reason it still looks new next year.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
