Pleated Maxi
with Pockets
A cap-sleeve maxi dress pleated from a plain yoke, with pockets in the side seams. Three colours.
The pleats start below the yoke, so the chest stays flat and the hem still opens.
Pleats set into a yoke fall differently from pleats set into a waist
Hang them from the waist and the dress reads as a skirt and a top. Hang them from a yoke across the chest and the fullness runs unbroken to the hem, which is why a dress like this moves in one piece instead of two.
A plain yoke, pleats to the hem
This dress is versatile from day to night, generously cut for cooler days, soft and slim in fit, made from premium materials and built to last.
It has a crew neck, cap sleeves and a plain yoke across the chest, with narrow pleats running from the yoke to a full hem and pockets set into the side seams. Three colours are offered.

The product
A piece that moves from a walk through the city to an evening out, generously cut for warmth on cooler days, soft and unrestrictive in fit, crafted from premium materials and made to last.
Three colours
A black, a cream and a grey. Check the options above for what is in stock.
Why it costs what it costs
Pleating is bought by the metre before the dress exists. The cloth goes out flat, comes back folded and then has to be cut and joined without losing a single fold at the seam, because a lost fold shows from across a room.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the dress
- Pleats set from a yoke rather than a waist
- Pockets worked into the side seams
- Three colours, one style
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
