Star-Textured
Hooded Sweatshirt
An oversized hooded sweatshirt with raised stars knitted into the surface. Three colours.
The stars are raised out of the cloth itself. Nothing is printed on top.
A pattern raised in the cloth outlasts one printed on it
Print sits on the surface and wears off with the wash. A motif built into the structure of the fabric is part of the cloth, so it survives as long as the garment does. The trade is that it has to be decided before a single piece is cut.
Raised stars, dropped shoulders
This sweatshirt is velvety soft, relaxed in fit, suited to casual outings or lounging and machine washable.
The sweatshirt photographed is cut oversized with dropped shoulders and full sleeves into ribbed cuffs, a drawstring hood and a ribbed hem, in a textured cloth with raised stars across the body and sleeves. Three colours appear in the gallery.

Why it costs what it costs
A textured cloth is knitted to order rather than bought plain and printed later. It is slower off the machine and it cannot be changed once it is made, which is exactly why it still looks like itself after a winter of washing.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
