T-Bar
Block-Heel Shoes
Two-tone T-bar shoes on a block heel, with a round toe and a buckled ankle strap. Two colours.
A block heel puts the whole sole on the floor. That is the difference between these and a stiletto.
A T-bar holds the foot in three places instead of one
A court shoe relies on the vamp alone and the foot slides forward. Run a strap from the vamp to the ankle and the weight is shared between the instep, the ankle and the toe, which is the whole reason the shape has survived a century.
Round toe, stacked heel
These heels combine elegance with all-day support, with a cushioned insole and arch support, and they hold their look through regular wear.
The shoes photographed have a round toe with punched detailing, a T-bar strap running to a buckled ankle strap, a closed back and a stacked block heel. Two colours appear in the gallery.
How they wear
- A round toe with punched detailing
- A T-bar to a buckled ankle strap
- A closed back and a block heel
- Two-tone across upper and strap
- Two colours in the gallery
The product
Orthopaedic support that reduces strain over hours of wear, a cushioned insole with arch support that moulds to the foot, and a finish built to last through regular use.
Two colours
A navy with tan and a grey with tan. Check the options above for what is in stock.
Why it costs what it costs
Two colours on one shoe means two materials cut, matched and joined on the same last, and the join runs right across the part of the shoe everyone looks at. It is easier and cheaper to make a shoe in one colour, which is why most are.
