Low-Cut
Slip-On Plimsolls
White slip-on plimsolls with an elasticated lace panel and a cupsole. One colour.
The laces do not untie. The panel behind them stretches instead.
A low vamp is the hardest place to keep a shoe on a foot
Cut the front low and the shoe looks lighter and slips off just as easily. The fix is an elasticated panel behind the lacing, which holds the instep without a fastening and without the bulk of a tongue.
Low at the front, elastic behind the laces
These shoes cushion and support the foot, wear easily through long days, and combine a sleek look with comfort.
The shoes photographed are cut low at the vamp with a decorative lace panel over elastic, a flat white cupsole with a herringbone tread and a padded insole. One colour appears in the gallery.
How they wear
- A low-cut vamp
- Laces over an elasticated panel
- A flat white cupsole

The product
Cushioning and support underfoot, a sleek design with everyday function, and all-day comfort over long periods.
One colour
A white. Check the options above for what is in stock.
Why it costs what it costs
A cupsole is moulded as a single piece and the upper is set down into it, which is slower than cementing a flat sole to a flat bottom but does not come apart at the toe after a summer.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the pair
- A cupsole rather than a flat cemented sole
- An elasticated panel instead of a working lace
- A padded insole
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
