A clear heel has nowhere to hide a mould line. It is moulded, polished and then inspected.
Transparent heels are made the same way as opaque ones and rejected far more often
Every bubble, flow line and scratch that a coloured heel hides is visible through a clear one, so more of them are scrapped before they reach a shoe. That rejection rate is the reason a clear heel costs what it does.
Clear underneath, flowered on top
They have orthopaedic cushioning through the footbed and an extra-wide 8 cm sole under the heel, so the weight is spread across the foot rather than landing on a point.

The product
Orthopaedic cushioning that supports the whole foot and absorbs shock with every step, an extra-wide 8 cm sole under the heel for stability, and a breathable fit that suits wide and narrow feet alike.

Why it costs what it costs
Every flower is applied to a clear strap one at a time, and a beaded ankle strap is threaded rather than cut. Both are hand operations on a shoe where nothing can be hidden behind an opaque upper.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
