Quilted Box Bag
A quilted box bag with twin top handles, a gold zip pull and a detachable strap. One colour.
A chevron-quilted body with gold fittings and metal feet.
Quilting is padding you can see
A quilted panel is two layers with wadding between them, stitched into a pattern. It is why the body reads soft in the hand and firm in the photograph — and why a scuff tends to sit in a channel rather than across the whole face.
Offered in black, in one size.
Quilted body, twin handles
The body is quilted in a chevron pattern over a structured box, with twin rolled top handles, a zip along the top and a weighted gold-tone pull.
A long adjustable strap clips on for a crossbody carry, and metal feet sit under the base.
How it carries
- A quilted chevron over a structured body
- Twin rolled top handles for a hand carry
- A weighted gold-tone zip pull
- A long adjustable strap that clips on
- Metal feet under the base
The product
It has a premium leather finish, a spacious interior for daily essentials, a comfortable shoulder carry and a versatile silhouette for work, travel and everyday wear.
One colour
Listed at checkout in black, in one size.
Why it costs what it costs
Quilting has to be stitched before the panel is cut, because the wadding pulls the material in as the pattern goes on and a panel cut first would finish the wrong size.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag

1 × Seraphina Quilted Box Bag
Is it sold direct?
Yes. Romane & Co sells direct, with no shop floor and no distributor between the piece and you.
Is it a tote?
It is a structured box bag with twin top handles, carried by hand or on the strap.
Does the strap come off?
It clips to rings at the sides, so it can be removed.
How should it be cleaned?
A dry cloth along the quilting channels rather than across them.
One colour, held in a small run
This style is held in limited quantities rather than carried continuously. When it goes it is not automatically repeated.
Add it to the bag. If it is not right, send it back.
