Perforated Crossbody
in Grained Leather
A tall grained leather crossbody, unlined, with a perforated letter motif, a rear pocket and a canvas strap.
Under 600 grams, because there is no lining in it.
Unlined on purpose, not to save money
A lining adds weight, bulk and something to wear out. Leaving it off means the leather has to be good enough to be the inside as well as the outside — and it is why this carries at 450 to 600 grams for a bag 30 cm tall.
Grained leather, canvas strap
It has a grained calf leather body, with a perforated letter motif cut through the front panel and a leather tab with an eyelet closing on a snap.
There is a practical pocket on the back, the interior is unlined, and the strap is an adjustable woven canvas at about 83 to 128 cm.
How it carries
- An adjustable canvas strap, approx. 83–128 cm
- A leather tab with an eyelet on a snap
- A pocket on the outside back
- Unlined, at approx. 0.45–0.6 kg
- A perforated motif cut through the front
The product
Grained calf leather. Perforated letter motif on the front. Rear exterior pocket. Leather tab with an eyelet and a snap closure. Unlined interior. Adjustable canvas shoulder strap approx. 83–128 cm. Width 29 cm, height 30 cm, depth 7 cm. Weight approx. 0.45–0.6 kg.
One colour
Offered in a tan grained leather. This is the only colour.
Why it costs what it costs
Perforating a motif through a finished panel is irreversible: the holes are punched in one pass, and a single one out of line ruins the piece. Doing it on the front of an unlined bag, where the back of the punch is visible from inside, leaves nowhere to tidy up.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
