A photograph the size of a full stop
The image sits inside the gem itself rather than under a hinged locket, which is why the pendant can be this small. It is read three ways — by eye through the gem, through a phone camera, or projected onto a wall with a torch behind it.
Made to order, in three finishes
It has a pendant of 18 by 13 mm on a chain of 40 cm that adjusts by a further 5 cm, in a silver, a rose gold or a gold finish, supplied in a gift box.
Each piece is made to order around the photograph the buyer supplies, which takes five to seven business days of processing before it ships.
The silver-tone chain is stainless steel and the gold-tone chain is 925.

Why it costs what it costs
Putting a legible image inside a gem 3 mm across is a microfilm problem rather than a jewellery one: the picture has to be reduced, fixed and sealed before the stone is set, and a single piece of dust at that scale is the whole image. It is also why each one is made after the order rather than before.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
