Zip-Neck Knit
A ribbed knit with a stand collar and a quarter zip, in five colours.
The zip sets the neck. Open it and the collar drops.
A quarter zip is a collar with two settings
Closed, a stand collar sits against the throat and works like a turtleneck. Open, it falls into a soft revere and lets a shirt through. That is the whole argument for the shape: one garment that covers two different days without changing anything else.
Ribbed body, ribbed cuffs
It is a zip-neck knit with ribbed cuffs, a snug fit and a look that carries from casual to smart. Made for autumn and winter.
It has a vertical rib through the body, a stand collar with a metal quarter zip, ribbed cuffs and hem, and a small emblem at the chest.

The product
A zip-neck knit: the collar adjusts on the zip, the cuffs are ribbed and snug, and the piece carries from a casual day to a smarter evening. Made for autumn and winter.
Five colours
Black, navy, brown, charcoal and beige, all on the zip-neck cut. Check the options above for what is in stock.
Why it costs what it costs
A rib knitted vertically has to be set against a zip that runs the same way, and if the tension is even slightly off the placket ripples for the whole length of the opening. It is the first thing that gives a cheap half-zip away, and it is entirely a question of how slowly the piece was knitted.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the piece
- A metal zip rather than a moulded one
- Rib at the cuff and the hem
- Five colours, one style
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
