Long Shirt
& Trouser Set
A two-piece set: a long button-through shirt with side splits over matching wide-leg trousers. Six colours.
The splits start at the hip. That is what stops a long shirt binding when you walk.
A shirt this long has to be split or it is a sack
Past the knee a straight shirt stops the legs moving, so the side seam has to open. Where the split starts decides whether the piece reads as a layer over trousers or as a dress worn with trousers underneath.
Long above, wide below
This set is versatile from casual outings to formal gatherings, comfortable, easy to mix and match and timeless in appeal.
It pairs a long shirt buttoning through the front, with a collar, three-quarter sleeves and splits up both side seams, against wide-leg trousers in the same cloth. Six colours are offered.
How it wears
- A collared shirt buttoning through
- Three-quarter sleeves
- Splits up both side seams
- Wide-leg trousers in the same cloth

Why it costs what it costs
Two pieces in one colour means both are cut from the same roll in the same dye lot. Split them and the shirt and trouser read as two near-misses of the same shade, which is the failure that makes a set look cheap.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the set
- Two pieces cut from one cloth
- Splits worked into the side seams
- Six colours, one style
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
