Crystal-Set Mini Bag
with a Top Handle
A small horizontal top-handle bag covered in black crystals, with a rigid handle and a chain strap.
Twelve centimetres tall, and every surface of it catches light.
Set by hand, one stone at a time
A crystal-set panel is not a fabric — it is thousands of separate stones fixed individually to a leather ground. That is why the surface is dense enough to read as a solid black at a distance and breaks into points of light as soon as you move.
What is actually on it
The body is worked in closely set black crystals, with a rigid top handle, a leather flap and a large crystal-set monogram plaque across the front.
It has a removable, adjustable shoulder strap at a wear height of about 21 to 23 cm; the strap shown in the photographs is a metal chain.
The crystals are set over a grained calf leather ground.
How it carries
- A rigid top handle, hand or forearm
- A removable strap at a wear height of 21–23 cm
- A chain strap in the photographs

- Width 22 cm, depth 8 cm

Why it costs what it costs
Every stone on a piece like this has a seat that has to be made before it can be set, and the rows have to follow the curve of the panel or the pattern breaks at the corner. There is no machine that does this on a shaped body; it is hours of bench work, and it is most of the price.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
- Sold direct — no retail margin stacked on the bag
- A hand-set crystal body, not a printed one
- A rigid handle and a removable strap
- Seven calendar days from delivery to return or exchange, unworn and in its original condition.
