Structured Top-Handle
Bag on a Chain
A small structured flap bag in black calf leather, with a top handle, a monogram clasp and a detachable chain.
Four centimetres deep. A chain that drops 51 cm.
Small, flat, and built like a box
Four centimetres of depth means this holds a phone, a card holder and a lipstick and nothing else — and because the body is structured, it keeps that clean rectangle whether it is full or empty.
Calf leather, monogram clasp
It has smooth black calf leather outside, a leather and technical textile lining inside, and a monogram clasp set on the flap.
A short handle sits on the top, and the chain strap detaches: it runs about 110 cm with a strap drop of about 51 cm, which puts the bag at the hip across the body.
How it carries
- A short top handle, for the hand
- A detachable chain of approx. 110 cm
- A strap drop of approx. 51 cm across the body
- A structured body that holds its rectangle
- A leather and technical textile lining
The product
Smooth black calf leather. Leather and technical textile lining. Monogram clasp. Structured top-handle silhouette. Detachable chain strap approx. 110 cm, carried as a handbag, shoulder bag or crossbody. Width 21.5 cm, height 12 cm, depth 4 cm. Strap drop approx. 51 cm.
One version
Offered in smooth black calf leather, with a monogram clasp on the flap.
Why it costs what it costs
A structured bag only four centimetres deep has almost no tolerance built in. The front and back panels are set to a fixed frame, so any variation in the leather shows as a ripple rather than disappearing into a gusset.
We sell direct. There is no shop floor between this bag and you and no distributor taking a cut on the way, so the retail margin that normally sits on top of a piece like this is simply not in the price.
